Answer – when its a salacious and hate-filled, power-hungry rant, protected/encouraged by the Minister of Justice (Irony 101), the Prime Minister and whether they like it for not, the government. I feel very sorry for all the decent people who happen to be National Party voters who wouldn’t dream of behaving like this but who are caught up in it whether they like it or not.
